What we collect

What you send us. If you use the contact form: your name, your company, your work email, an optional phone number, what you said you were interested in, and your message.

What the server records. Ordinary request logs — the IP address the request came from, the time, the page and the browser identification — kept to serve the site and to stop it being abused.

Your theme choice. If you use the light/dark toggle, that choice is stored in your own browser and sent back so the page renders in the right theme.

We set no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and there is no third-party tracker on this site.

Why we hold it

To reply to you, and to keep the site available. We do not profile you, we do not enrich what you send with data from anywhere else, and we do not sell or share it for anyone else’s marketing.

Who else can see it

Cloudflare hosts this website, stores the enquiry you submit, and delivers the notification email to us. That is the only processor involved in running this site.

If your enquiry turns into a conversation, it continues by email like any other business correspondence.

How long we keep it

An enquiry is kept while we are in contact with you about it, and for as long as it is useful to remember the conversation. Ask us to delete yours and we will.

What you can ask for

Write to us and you can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy of it, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We do not require you to prove a reason.

Changes to this page

We change this page in place and update the date at the top. There is no mailing list to notify, because we do not run one.
