How much you run

The unit is the page, counted per account. A monthly allowance covers pages parsed, extractions and validations; PDF checking and the Internal TSS cross-check draw on the same validation allowance.

What you switch on

Creating projects, uploading, checking and reading results are on every plan. A higher plan unlocks exports and the full Failure Analytics dashboard.

Each spreadsheet format we convert into a standard Internal TSS is scoped work. One format is quick; a plant with several is not the same job.

The ones we get asked.

Why is there no price on this page?
The three levers above move it, and a plant filing one submission a quarter and a plant filing every week are not the same customer. Tell us your volume and you get a number, not a range.
What exactly is metered?
Pages parsed, extractions and validations, counted per account on a monthly allowance. PDF checking and the Internal TSS cross-check share one validation allowance. Your billing month runs from the anniversary of your billing start date, not the first of the calendar month. The Usage page always shows the period that applies.
Do we need an IT project?
No. It runs in a browser. There is nothing to install, no ERP integration, and nothing for your IT team to connect.
How do accounts get created?
By us. There is no self-serve sign-up, which also means nobody in your plant can quietly open an account outside your control.
Where does our document text go?
Third-party model providers process it under contract, for OCR and extraction. There is no encryption at rest, no single sign-on, no multi-factor authentication and no self-hosted option today. If any of those is a requirement, tell us before the trial rather than after.
What happens if our spreadsheet is not a standard Internal TSS?
It is labelled TSS-RAW and converted automatically once your format has been set up. Until then it is stored but not checked — the two layouts put different information in the same columns, so reading yours as if it were standard would produce results that look complete and are wrong.
Can we change plan later?
Yes. Plan and per-person rights are changed by an administrator, and an allowance can be set for your account specifically — higher or lower than the plan’s standard one.
