CONNECT Mastery
Catch it before
the auditor does.
Every declared value in your compliance package, checked against the buyer’s standard and against every other document in it, before you submit it. Built for furniture and packaging plants filing compliance paperwork.

In production
Plants run it on the packs they actually file.
Six plants · September 2025 – July 2026.
Where packs fail
The auditor grades the document, not the effort.
Hundreds of declared values per submission, each one having to agree with a spec that revises and with every other document in the pack. Attention failures, not knowledge failures.
How it goes now
- One person re-reads every value against the standard.
- The spec revises, and the pack has to be read again.
- Two valid documents can still disagree, and nobody sees it until the audit.
How it goes with us
- Every declared value is checked against the Connect TSS — the workbook that defines what the buyer requires.
- The pack is cross-checked against itself through your Internal TSS.
- You get a plain status on every value, in language your team already uses.
- Browser only. No ERP integration, and no IT project.

A checker for the compliance package, not a document manager.
CONNECT Mastery replaces no step of your process: it reads the pack at the end of one. It takes the PDFs and spreadsheets you already produce, in the formats you already submit, and checks every declared value against the Connect TSS and against each other. It stores nothing you would not send to the auditor anyway.
Catch disagreements
Nothing is checked in isolation.
A normal check compares one PDF against the Connect TSS. The cross-check uses your own Internal TSS to ask whether your documents agree with each other, catching the ones that are individually valid and still disagree.

A status, not a score to interpret.
Per-document validation returns one of these four outcomes, in language your team already uses — the full set of result statuses is on the product page.
The field matches the standard
Matches, but with a caveat — worth a look
Does not match the standard
Couldn’t be checked — missing data to compare
Cannot Check is the one that matters. Where the evidence is missing, we say so instead of passing it quietly.
Check our numbers
You can see what our numbers rest on.
Nothing on this site is a customer outcome. Every figure we publish travels with the sample it was measured on.
Field extraction is measured across roughly 346 samples spanning 7 document types. Not a customer result.
Where we’re going
One product ships. Two are where we are going.
AI and Lean thinking, applied to the work a plant is already doing — starting with whatever costs it the most attention. Compliance came first because it is where we came from. The other two are named so you know the direction, not because they exist.
CONNECT Mastery
Checks every declared value in your compliance package against the standard, and against every other document in it, before you submit it.
SOP Mastery
Turning a standard operating procedure into something a line operator can actually follow. Nothing is built yet.
Operations Mastery
Bringing what a plant already measures into one view its manager can act on. Nothing is built yet.
Vision means exactly that: no build, no date, and nothing we can show you. Putting your name down is how you tell us which one to start.
From the team
How we work, written down.
Method notes and engineering write-ups from the people building CONNECT Mastery.
A status is not a score
CONNECT Mastery returns one of six statuses for every checking point. It does not return a confidence percentage — and the difference is the whole reason a reviewer can act on the output.
Read the sample size first
Every number we publish travels with the sample it was measured on. That is not a disclaimer — it is the part that tells you whether the number means anything.
