Years working directly with suppliers. Quality, delivery and cost are the standing priorities there, and automation and lean manufacturing were already the answers being applied.
The pattern
The same failure, every cycle
Hundreds of declared values, re-read by hand against a spec that revises. The people knew the standard. The failures were attention failures, and attention does not scale by hiring.
Real paperwork
Design partners, not a spec we imagined
Plants gave us their real submissions and their own spreadsheet layouts. Those documents shaped the converter and the validation rules, so the product speaks the language a quality team already uses.

Running on real submissions
CONNECT Mastery runs today at named manufacturing plants in Vietnam, with design partners in pilot alongside them. Every figure we publish about it carries the sample it was measured on.

Senior production engineering in the furniture supply chain, and the architect of CONNECT Mastery — built from problems he met on the factory floor, from the supplier side and from what the process actually requires.

Nguyen Thanh Trung

Co-Founder & CTO

Engineering leadership, specialising in AI, automation and digitalisation in manufacturing. He owns the parts of the system that decide when it is allowed to answer and when it has to decline.

What we will not put on this website.

Every one of these was published here once, by us, and taken down. The list is the fix.

A number without the sample it was measured on and the date it was measured.

A customer’s audit result. Those belong to the customer.

A quote nobody said. We have no customer quote, so there is none on this site.

Any claim of a relationship with a retailer or brand. We validate against a standard; that is all.

An office address, a mailbox or a headcount we cannot show you.

“Zero errors.” Nothing we build is error-free, and a page claiming otherwise would be one.
